Ok, I am sorry to bother you. English is not my main language, so sometimes I stumble around a little bit. But I found a solution for my problem: You have use “set Proxy” for the related comps before you apply Holomatrix! Otherwise the “remove Holomatrix” button won´t work anymore. You are not allowed to switch comps to proxys while already using HM on these comps – this will mess up the “Remove Holomatrix” function.
I only found the solution because I was exactly trying to recreate the error, like you suggested. Thank you so much for your support and your patience!

We want to help you, but do you understand that this description is vague at best? Yes, you understand exactly what you mean. But I;m still not sure what you’re seeing. Is the HM layer a proxy? Is the original footage layer a proxy? What constitutes a heavy comp. Is it possible something else in the comp is contributing to the problem? This is not clear. The best way they or I can help you is to know EXACTLY what you’re doing. What steps does support need to do to recreate the issue that you are having. It might be frustrating to have to do it this way, but if the problem can’t be recreated, and you’re the only person experiencing the issue, it’s going to be very hard for support to do anything for you.

thanks for your response.
Yes the support Link is obviously everywhere to see, but “Open A Support Case” is a little bit hidden.
What do you mean by writing “Your problem is very specific” ? I am just setting heavy comps to use a proxy – I don´t think that is a to specific workflow. Btw I contacted the support 4 days ago, no reactions so far…

illd – the support link appears on every single page of the RG site. http://www.redgiantsoftware.com/support/ – Please make sure to provide a very detailed account of what you are experiencing. Your problem is very speciffic to your workflow, and I doubt anyone has reported your issue. So you need to give a step by step on how to recreate the problem so it can be replicated.

Ok, my fault. To argue the redgiant support isn´t alive was wrong. I just found the button, but it was at random. I will tell the issues to the support as well.

Hi Aharon,
shortly I got my copy of Holomatrix (HM). So far I like the concept and the UI very much. But I also run In a problem with HM concerning my workflow. I post this here, because after searching 30 min on Redgiant I could´t find an area which allows to post issues. I couldn´t even find an email address for the support…

Ok, here is the problem: Reseting Holomatrix on Comps using Proxys doesn´t work on my machine (XP 64bit, AE CS3). If I disable the Proxys everything is fine. Is there a workaround on this? On heavy comps I really need my proxys. Another small issue was the installer – although I choose the AE CS3 plugin folder, everything but the plugin was installed under my AE CS4 Demo folder. It was easy to solve by putting the script and the presets into the correct CS3 folder.
