I’ve actually heard that before in the industry… but the expression goes “you can only choose which two you want”. Can’t have all three.
Yes, it’s a pick two of the three:
cheap + quick ≠ good
quick + good ≠ cheap
good + cheap ≠ quick
I think the third one would be a loss for you:
good + cheap ≠ quick
It should not be an option for you.
