Plain and simple, Film Flash is an automated, dynamic preset for After Effects that bumps up the exposure of the footage to create a cool transition effects between two video clips. All you have to do is add a layer marker right at the point of transition, and Film Flash does the rest. The effect is highly customizeable and has many additional uses.
- Works with After Effects CS3 and later.
- No 3rd-Party plug-ins are required.
- Universal – Will work in any language version of AE.

Great preset and tutorial! Free no less. No one even comes close to explaining AE better than Aharon and his tutorials. Keep up the great work. It’s much appreciated.

I’ve really achieved some Hi-End results with this preset. Tuning is flexible, but the most important, that VIDEO looks really flexible with even default using of plug. Some liquid light is flushing.
So thanks very much!
